Become a Heaven Partner: an E-Commerce Business with Local Delivery in Your City
Heaven Boutique is an online adult store with 1–2 hour local delivery in Winnipeg, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton. We open new cities with local partners. Edmonton is already covered, so below are the cities where we're looking for a partner now: pick yours to see how an e-commerce business with local delivery would work there.
Two partnership formats
- A standalone business. You run Heaven in your city as your own local business. The online store, the marketing and the customer service already exist.
- An add-on to an existing retail business with long hours. A convenience store, a smoke or vape shop, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a gas station store, a print or pack-and-ship shop or a late-night store adds Heaven's online orders to its day, with no extra staff and no floor space.
Who does what
Heaven runs the website, the catalogue, payments, marketing, customer support and purchasing, and integrates orders with courier delivery in one system: each order is confirmed, a courier is booked automatically and the order details land on the partner's phone.
The local partner keeps Heaven's stock safe at their location and hands each order to the courier. That's the whole job. Compensation and the other terms are agreed after the application.

Partner FAQ
Can I become a partner in Edmonton?
Heaven already runs in Edmonton, so we're not looking for a partner there. Choose a city from the list above, or apply for a city that isn't listed yet.
Is this a franchise?
No. Heaven doesn't sell franchises or business-in-a-box packages. We look for partners and agree on the format one-on-one, in a written agreement.
How much does a partner earn, and do I need to invest?
It depends on the city, the format and the number of orders, so we don't publish income estimates. Compensation, any investment and all other terms are discussed after we review your application and are written into the partner agreement.
What exactly does a local partner do?
A partner keeps Heaven's stock safe at their location and hands each order to the courier. Orders, courier booking, payments and customer support run through Heaven's system, so there are no phone calls and no manual dispatch.
Who owns the stock?
Heaven. The partner is responsible for keeping it safe at their location, and the details of that responsibility are written into the partner agreement.
Can I add this to my existing shop?
Yes. A retail business with long opening hours, such as a convenience store, a smoke or vape shop, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a gas station store, a print or pack-and-ship shop or a late-night store, is one of the two partnership formats. Heaven's orders go out from your back room during your opening hours, with no extra staff and no change to your own customers' experience.
Do I need a car or a storefront?
No. A courier is booked for every order, and the standalone format doesn't need a storefront: a small, secure space at a shop, office or other commercial premises is enough.
Do I need experience in retail or e-commerce?
No. What matters most is being reliable, organised and discreet. The order and courier system does the rest, and we show you how it works.
Can I apply from the United States?
Yes. Heaven is expanding to the United States and has a US company set up, so the partnership works the same way as in Canada. Choose your city from the list, or pick "United States" in the form and tell us where you are.
Is my application confidential?
Yes. Your application goes only to the Heaven team and is used only to contact you about the partnership.
What happens after I apply?
We review applications and reply by email when there's a fit. Next comes a short video call, an ID check and a written agreement.
